ABOUT
YALE SCIENCE DIPLOMATS
We are a group of graduate students and post-doctoral associates at Yale University who are committed to fostering a science-informed public and electorate. Our activities include preparing and hosting public lectures on important scientific topics relevant to current events (recent talk subjects include ebola, stem cells, GMOs, and climate change), hosting outreach events at local public schools, and developing educational materials for nationwide use.

SCIENCE SHORTS
SCIENCE SHORTS is a new video series spearheaded by the Yale Science Diplomats' Education Outreach Committee. Our goal is to provide short, concise videos on the research of early career scientists at Yale, to be used as educational tools in conjunction with additional teaching materials that we develop. SCIENCE SHORTS is designed for viewers with a high school level of science background – but anyone can learn something from our coverage of real, cutting-edge research!
